Mr. Kalidas Deshpande is a senior legal professional with over 45 years of experience at the Bar, having been enrolled as an Advocate in August 1979. He has practiced extensively before the District Courts at Latur and other courts across Maharashtra and India, including Solapur, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Aligarh, and Delhi, as well as before the State and National Consumer Redressal Commissions.
His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of legal matters, including civil, criminal, cooperative, election, consumer, anti-corruption, banking, labour, trust, drugs, and adulteration cases. Over the course of his career, Mr. Deshpande has served as Legal Adviser to several prominent institutions, including Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, State Bank of Hyderabad, Latur District Central Co-operative Bank, and Zilla Parishad, Latur, in addition to advising senior public dignitaries and government authorities.
Mr. Deshpande has made significant contributions to public service and access to justice, having served for nearly nine years as a Government-appointed member of the District Legal Aid Committee, Latur, providing legal assistance to socially and economically weaker sections. He has also consistently extended professional support to ex-servicemen and fellow advocates, offering legal assistance in personal matters without charging professional fees.
In addition to his legal practice, he has held leadership roles within the legal fraternity, including serving as President of the Bar Association of Latur, and has remained actively associated with social, educational, and charitable initiatives. Pravin V Mandlik

Mr. Pravin Mandlik is a Senior Advocate with over 45 years of standing at the Bar, having commenced his legal practice in September 1980. He has been in continuous practice before the High Court since 1981, with extensive experience across civil, criminal, constitutional, banking, labour, revenue, and cooperative matters.
Designated as Senior Counsel by the High Court of Bombay in June 2006, Mr. Mandlik has held several key professional appointments, including serving as Senior Counsel and Special Senior Counsel on the ‘A’ Panel of the Government of Maharashtra. He has also been associated as Senior Advocate with leading public sector banks and has regularly appeared in matters before trial courts, appellate courts, tribunals, DRTs, and the High Court.
Mr. Mandlik has played an active role in the legal fraternity, having served as President of the High Court Bar Association, Aurangabad, and earlier as its Vice-President and Secretary. He has also contributed to the justice delivery system as a panel member and presiding judge in Lok Adalats, and as a resource person in judicial training programmes.
In addition to his litigation practice, he has been associated with legal education as an Honorary Professor of Law, a judge for state and national level moot court competitions, and a member of various statutory, institutional, and advisory bodies. His career reflects a deep commitment to the profession, legal ethics, and public service.
