Founders’ Legacy — 45+ Years of Legal Experience
The foundation of the firm lies in the long-standing professional association between Mr. Kalidas Deshpande and Mr. Pravin Mandlik, two friends who practiced law together for decades before their professional bond grew into a relationship between two families — the Deshpandes and the Mandliks. Their journey reflects not only legal collaboration, but shared values of integrity, discipline, and commitment to justice.
With over 45 years of collective experience in the legal profession, the founders have maintained a sustained and respected presence in courts across India. Drawing from extensive courtroom advocacy, institutional knowledge, and practical legal insight, they formally established and registered the firm before the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi. The firm was conceived to deliver principled legal representation, grounded in experience and guided by ethics, across complex and high-stakes legal matters.
Next Generation — Continuity with Contemporary Practice
Carrying forward this legacy, the next generation of advocates joined the firm — Mr. Shirish Deshpande, son of Mr. Kalidas Deshpande, and Ms. Rucha Mandlik, daughter of Mr. Pravin Mandlik. Both are actively practicing before the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi, and represent the firm’s commitment to continuity, progression, and evolving legal practice.
